After a period operating as Changdao High-Energy Polyurethane Co., Ltd., the company was formally established under its current name in 2012. Originally located in Changdao, Yantai, the company relocated to No. 156 Fenghuangshan Road, Fushan District, Yantai City; the new facility covers an area of 45 mu (approximately 30,000 square meters), with a Phase I factory building spanning 6,000 square meters.
